An explosive deployed by a drone exploded at the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, injuring six people, Russian officials announced Sunday.
The attack took place during Russian Navy Day celebrations in Sevastopol, a Crimean port city that Russia annexed in 2014.
