Are you a woman who cannot work from home during the pandemic? We want to hear from you.

When people talk about the changes in work and office culture brought about by the pandemic, whether it’s going back to the office, working from home, or a combination of remote and in-person work, they often overlook a very important group: people who they have never been able to work from home in the first place.

There are many reasons why some people continued to show up for in-person jobs during the pandemic and we are interested in talking to people, especially women, who have not been able to work from home for at least part or all of the time. pandemic. We would like to speak with you if you have had or have the type of work that requires in-person interactions, such as in catering, retail, or healthcare, or if you have had or have the type of work that could have been done remotely but for any reason you have not been able to.

We’d love to hear how you handled it, how it affected your work and home life, why you couldn’t work from home, and how it changed your relationship with work in the future. We would also like to know if the inability to work from home affected your decision to continue working, leave the workforce or look for a new job.
